I just finished the first book in the series "Death in a Serene City" featuring Urbino Macintyre. The books are set in Venice and Urbino is an American who has chosen to live there.So far, I think there are 9 books in the series, and I enjoyed the first one. It was weird, though, 'cos I kept expecting Urbino to run into Guido Brunetti (of the Donna Leon series).
I'm not sure if our libraries have all 9 books, so it may take me awhile to find them all. I had to order the 1st and 3rd through Paperback Swap. (Yes, this is my referral link).
