I have another exceptional customer service report today. If you remember, a few days ago I posted that my refrigerator croaked and I bought a new one at Lowe's.When visiting the store over the weekend, we saw that the refrigerator was now even further on sale. I asked the store personnel about a price adjustment and they were very helpful with it.
They refunded my original purchase, then I bought the frig at the sale price AND redeemed a coupon. So I ended up saving about $140. I just wanted to share a big pat on the back to Lowe's.
